The Ludlow Community Association (LCA) was founded in 1957 to preserve the quality and diversity of the Cleveland-Shaker Heights Ludlow neighborhood. The neighborhood’s western-most point is Shaker Square and stretches east to Onaway Boulevard.
PUBLIC ART PROJECT FINALIZED:
