- Attention: We are cancelling tonight’s LCA General Meeting (Tues, May 28). Due to an unforeseen circumstance, we do not have access to the school tonight. We regret and apologize for the late notice, but we were just informed.
- Have a great Memorial Day Weekend. Don’t forget – our next LCA General Meeting is Tuesday, May 28th at 7pm at Ludlow/PEP School (corner of Ludlow & Southington roads). The meeting will include a presentation and participatory activity from a City of Shaker rep on the ‘Forward Together’ project (visit the website: www.forwardtogethershaker.com). “Shaker has a long, successful history of planning that created the vibrant community we love today. Forward Together is a process to develop a forward-looking strategy for current and future community facilities. The City, libraries and schools are embarking on a journey to create a vision for community facilities in which we are being good stewards of limited resources, leveraging our partnerships and continuing our legacy of working together to think creatively about the future of our civic assets.” All are welcome and encouraged to attend. The neighborhood relies on a strong community…be a part of it. See you on Tuesday, May 28th for the LCA General Meeting.
