September signifies the beginning of the academic year, and a new start for many organizations, including our own Ludlow Community Association. Our next general meeting is next Tuesday, September 17 and I hope you’ll all be able to attend.
We have a guest speaker, Matt Berges, from Environmental Health Watch, who will talk about EHW’s work in the community. He will address energy conservation and sustainability and the health implications that go along with these issues, These are issues that concern homeowners everywhere. I think this will be a very interesting and timely topic as we think about heating our homes in the upcoming months. We’ll also talk about some of the topics residents are most concerned about and ask attendees for their valuable input – and how they wish to be more involved in the community.
